Official Transcripts and Transfer of Credits

Official transcripts from all the secondary and post-secondary* schools you have attended must be signed by the school official and sent by the school directly to Michigan Tech in a sealed envelope.  Certification of Secondary School Completion and any offical exam scores should be included. 
Official (English) translation should be certified and included, if necessary.  SEND ORIGINAL

* Please have your university send us complete course descriptions for all post-secondary courses you have taken.

Course descriptions/syllabi must include course number, name, credits, contact hours, goals, course content, required text information for each course (including title, author, edition, and date of publication), and copies of each course or lab syllabus.  Course pre-requisites (and all attending course syllabi) should also be indicated.  You may be able to avoid repeating (and paying for) courses by following transfer guidelines. Electronic copies are acceptable, or send the link if syllabi are available (in English) on the web (or send copies). 

No transfer credit will be awarded without receipt of complete course descriptions.
